In the Municipality of Fylis, the program with the Title of Action “EXTENDED COMMUNITY CENTER (CENTRAL STRUCTURE AND ROMA ANNEX) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF FYLIS” has been operating since 2017 in the Priority Axis “Promoting Social Integration and Combating Poverty and Discrimination – Ensuring Social Cohesion” of the Operational Program ” Attica 2014-2020″, with OPS Code 5002111 and funding for the 3-year operation of the Expanded Community Center (Central Structure & Roma Annex) with the possibility of extending the program.
The aim of the Expanded Community Center of the Municipality of Fili (Central Structure & Roma Branch) is the networking between the social service provision structures as well as the development and operation of local points of reference for the reception, service and interconnection of citizens with all social programs and services that are implemented in the area of the Municipality of Fylis, regardless of the implementing body (TEBA, humanitarian crisis response programs, OAED programs, Lifelong Learning CG, etc.).
The Expanded Community Center of the Municipality of Fyli which is supervised by the Department of Social Services of the Municipality, provides the following services:
- Reception – Information – Citizen Support
- Cooperation with Services and Structures
- Provision of services aimed at improving the standard of living and ensuring the social inclusion of the beneficiaries.
- Counseling Support Services to deal with family problems such as domestic violence or family disharmony as well as support for children and adolescents.
The Extended Community Center of the Municipality of Phylis is a Social Care network that addresses and serves citizens legally residing in the municipality and is:
- Unemployed
- Beneficiaries of benefits: Minimum Guaranteed Income (formerly KEA), Housing, Disability Welfare – Alimony, Uninsured Seniors, Birth
- People with Disabilities (PWDs)
- Single parent families
- People with mental disorder

- Substance users and ex-users
- Roma
- Immigrants, refugees
The Extended Community Center (Main Building & Roma Annex) operates Monday through Friday and serves the residents of the Municipality of Fylis as a priority.
